terms of service
My work is strictly personal use only, otherwise please refer to commercial usage policy.
Please respects my art style, I avoid any style mimicry practice.
Always credit me when uploading my work to your social media.
All commission result will be posted public, Please let me know if you would like to keep the artwork privite (only for 2 month) otherwise the art will be posted public.
My service ar NOT first come first serve.
The sketch for commission start when the customer finish deliver all the reference for the commission
the coloring proses start when customer finish the payment or the down payment
I will not be held responsible for any changes in ownership of the said character.
Revisions can be made during the sketching phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards. After then, if I deem your revisions to be time-consuming, I may ask for revision fee (start from 5$+).
Major revisions can only be made at sketching phase.
If i find that my terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted and won’t be transacted with in the future.
It is strictly prohibited to use any artwork that you've commissioned from me for AI learning, meaning you cannot upload my artwork on AI art generating programs or sites.
Payment, Cancellation & Refund:PAYMENTS
1.Payment must be done within 48 hours after the invoice was sent.
2.If the invoice has sent and not been paid for over a week, I will cancel the commission (unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay).
3.Full payments are highly prefered.
4,NO REFUNDS once I start the sketch (please be 100% sure if you want to commission me).
5.I am not responsible for your financial struggle and likewise, do not ask for refund or you will be blacklisted.

7. Customer has the right to [AMOUNT] complete revisions in the sketching phase.
8. Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered Product. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
9. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD or IDR
10. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.
11. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller's [CURRENCY] account is equal to the invoice amount in [CURRENCY]REFUND POLICY
12. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within four months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
13. Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
14. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.
15.Everything can be used in your social networks (Twitter, Instagram, Discord etc) exept youtube
16.Do not use the artwork for merch unless you aquire comercial use.
17.Commercial Use: you're allowed to use the commission for content use, advertising, streaming (e.g. stream assets or yt videos) ,anything that does not involve direct monetization of the product (additional costs $6)
18.Full Commercial Use: you're allowed to use the commission for all the purposes stated above, as well as monetization, e.g. merch, prints, etc. Full Commercial use fees are worth twice the price.Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
19. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
20. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.

ADOPTABLE TOS, Personal & Commercial Usage
[ Payment ] - Payment up front via Paypal. For purchases over $250, I am willing to discuss payment plan options.
[ Reselling ] - If you choose to resell an adopt you've bought from me, please contact me. This includes designs of mine that you have made modifications to.You can gift or resell (but not for a higher price than the original).
- My permission is required before selling a design of mine that you own. If you are unable to contact me or if I do not respond within 3/7 days of your e-mail, then you may continue with selling the design.
[ Credits ] - When using my designs, please credit me in some form! Credit is not required, but I do appreciate it always. Especially for anyone using my design for Vtubing!
[ Bidding ] - Once a design is in your possession, you are not eligible for a refund. If you need to back out after being the highest bidder on a design of mine, you are allowed to withdraw, but I reserve the right to blacklist you from any future auctions if I choose. This will be at my discretion. Auctions may be extended a further 12/24 hours after a bid is placed, this is to prevent sniping during auctions.

Most of my adoptables come with commercial rights included. If you purchased one for Personal Use, you may buy commercial rights later if needed.

- Profile pictures, banners, headers, etc., on any social media.
- Posting online with credit.
- Showcasing on live streams.
- Non-profit fan projects (e.g., a fan MV or cover song video).
- Non-profit original creative works (e.g., music videos or song covers).
- Personal prints or digital goods (as long as they are not sold).
✦ Commercial Usage includes:
- Everything listed under Personal Usage.
- Sponsored posts or promotions.
- Advertisements (e.g., posters, billboards, etc.).
- Branding & Vtuber branding.
- Monetized fan content (e.g., cover songs on Spotify/YouTube).
- Monetized original creative works (e.g., music videos or song covers).
- Digital or physical items that generate income.
